Ingredients

  • Canned Chickpeas
  • Napolitana/Tomato Pasta sauce that you buy in a jar
  • Spices like salt/pepper/ground chillie

Instructions

  1. Drain Chickpeas from can and use as much as you would like. In a frying pan or pot, heat the chickpeas, don’t burn them, add a tablespoon or so of pasta sauce and spices and your meal is ready.
