Step 1:

  • chop up all veg into cubes
  • Step 2:

  • put into pan with stock cube and salt and pepper

  • put enough boilng water in so the veg is just covered, boil

  • when veg is soft put soup into blender or use hand blender and whizz up
  • Step 7:

  • serve with crusty roll add chilli sauce to taste and more salt and pepper if you want, top with cheese
