What I just had for lunch

Ingredients
- Oil
- Pasta
- Water
- Salt
- 2 Rashers of Bacon (per person)
- Cheddar Cheese
- Tomato Pesto or Sauce (soup will do if you’re particularly skint)
Instructions
1 – Cook the pasta in the water with a little salt to taste
2 – Fry the rashers so that they’re done around the same time as the pasta
3 – Drain the pasta
4 – Chop the bacon into squares
5 – Add the pesto/sauce/soup to the pasta and stir it well over a low heat, only add one or 2 spoonfulls
6 – Then add the bacon and continue to mix
7 – Grate some cheese into it and mix, it will melt, thickening the sauce.
8 – Tuck in!
