PREP 0 min COOK 0 min TOTAL 0 min YIELD 0 JUMP TO RECIPE SHARE Facebook Share on Facebook Twitter Share on Twitter Pinterest Share on Pinterest Email Share via Email IngredientsOilPastaWaterSalt2 Rashers of Bacon (per person)Cheddar CheeseTomato Pesto or Sauce (soup will do if you’re particularly skint)Instructions Step 1: 1 – Cook the pasta in the water with a little salt to taste Step 2: 2 – Fry the rashers so that they’re done around the same time as the pasta Step 3: 3 – Drain the pasta Step 4: 4 – Chop the bacon into squares Step 5: 5 – Add the pesto/sauce/soup to the pasta and stir it well over a low heat, only add one or 2 spoonfulls Step 6: 6 – Then add the bacon and continue to mix Step 7: 7 – Grate some cheese into it and mix, it will melt, thickening the sauce.
