White Chocolate and Pineapple Yogurt Clusters
These white chocolate and pineapple yogurt clusters are a twist on the Tiktok viral Strawberry clusters and are the perfect treat to cool you down on a hot summer day.
Roughly chop pineapple into small bite sized pieces and place into a large mixing bowl
Add in 1 cup of vanilla yogurt and mix until fully incorporated
Place a piece of parchment onto a baking sheet and scoop 12 even dollops of the mixture onto the baking sheet, about 1/4 cup each
Place the baking sheet into the freezer until the pineapple yogurt mixture is frozen, about 1 hour
While the clusters are freezing, place white chocolate into a microwave-safe bowl and microwave in 30-second increments stirring between each time. This avoids burning
allow the chocolate to cool slightly but retain the same melted consistency
Once frozen, remove the yogurt clusters from the freezer and carefully dip the clusters into the white chocolate
Place the now-coated clusters back onto the parchment and freeze for 10 minutes or until the white chocolate sets
Remove from the freezer and enjoy!
These white chocolate and pineapple yogurt clusters are to die for and they are so easy to make. I got the idea for these after seeing the strawberry yogurt clusters going viral on TikTok. The strawberry clusters have the same idea as these white chocolate and pineapple yogurt clusters, but they are coated in dark or milk chocolate. I’ve seen a ton of creators doing these with strawberries and I wanted to add a bit of a twist. The pineapple and white chocolate complement each other so nicely you have to give these a try.
The white chocolate adds the perfect amount of sweetness to these clusters so you don’t need to worry about adding any honey or additional sweetener to the yogurt. I used the Lindt Classic Recipe White Chocolate and it worked perfectly.
These treats are perfect for a warm summer day when you want a healthy snack to cool down. These white chocolate and pineapple yogurt clusters will definitely be a summer staple. The coolest thing about these clusters is that you can mix and match any fruit with any chocolate. You can try the original idea and go for strawberries and dark chocolate or maybe try raspberries and milk chocolate or even blueberries. The options are endless with these fruit clusters and I’m sure they are all just as delicious as the next.
