Ingredients
- Serves 2:
- 2 Birdseye Chicken Quarter Pounder
- Lettuce OR Spinach Leaves
- Cheese
- Chopped Red Onion
- Pickled Jalepenos (optional)
- Garlic Flakes (optional)
- Chilli sauce / chilli flakes
- Ketchup
- 2 Tortilla Wraps (preferably large)
Instructions
1.Cook the burgers in the oven following instructions on packaging
2. Prepare lettuce/spinach and chop onions and jalepenos – grate cheese
3. place some lettuce/spinach leaves in centre of wrap
4. Add red onions
5. Add the chicken Burger
6. Sprinkle some jalepenos, garlic flakes, and chilli sauce/flakes and ketchup
7. Add Cheese
8. Fold the wrap so that a hexagon shape is formed (6 sides)
9. Preheat a frying pan on high to medium heat
10. Place wrap on frying pan with the folded side down
11. Cook on both sides til golden
12. Enjoy with chips or whatever tickles your fancy
