Ingredients

  • 1 mug flour
  • 1 mug milk
  • 4 eggs
  • splash of cold water

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180C

  2. place a muffin pan with oil into the oven (preferaby rapeseed or vegetable oil)

  3. Whisk all of the ingredients together until they are lightly frothy. (make in a large jug so its easier to pour)

  4. pour the batter into the tray (about 3/4 way up each cup)

  5. bake for 50 minutes.

  6. When they have cooled place them into a freezer bag ready for when you need or want a homemade yorkie)
