- 2. 60 ml (1/4 cup) soft ice cream (any flavor you like)
Instructions
1. Spread the ice cream (make sure that it has been frozen for atleast 1 hour) on your favorite store bought cookie and place in the freezer for about 1 hour until the ice cream hardens.
