Step 1:

  • place a fryin pan on low heat add the butter let it melt then add the garlic onion and chillies let it cook for 2 mins or untill onions are browned then add the chilli powder and paprika let it simmer then add the water let it simmer for 5 mins then you can add the eggs let it all cook untill its has formed a thick sauce then its ready to eat can be enjoyed with anthing like bread to naan bread to chappatis to chips
