Yummy Chicken Casserole

Ingredients
- . One to two onions
- .Five to six carrots
- .125-150g mushrooms
- .2 sticks celery (optional)
- .4 small potatoes (i found new potatoes are easier)
- .500g chicken diced
- .1x chicken casserole sauce mix
- .And chicken oxos
- .1tsp heaped mustard (dijon or english)
- salt and pepper
Instructions
1. With your cubed chicken rub in a oxo into the meat (if your squimish it will be worth it i promise) leave the casserole dish whilst you
2. Chop all veggies to thickness that you like add them to the pot.
3. Make up the mix usally i put it to 350 ml as if you need more you can add more
add the mustard
cook on a preheated oven at gas mark 4 180 c ish for two hours half hour before season
