Dice your onion and any herbs you have, mix it with your chopped tomatoes in a jug. Make sure your chicken has no minging bits on it, cover it with slices of mozorella, and then wrap it in bacon. Place in a pyrex bowl that is big enough for each chicken breast to not be touching the others. Pour on the tomatoes, make sure every piece of chicken is covered. cook for approxamately an hour, but check if it is cooked after half an hour (these times are for my oven, it is not a good one.) When the chicken is cooked through, it should not be dry because of what it is cooked in. Serve with anything you fancy, e.g. Roast Potatoes? Rice? Spagehtii? 🙂 Enjoy.
