Yummy Chinese Momos
Very yummy, healthy and nutritious
Take 2 cups refined flour in a plate. Add some salt to it and by using water make a dough of it. Also add a little grated beetroot for a colour in the dough. For filling inside, take 2 tbsp butter on a hot pan. Add chopped onions, tomatoes, and capsicum in the melted butter. Add salt to taste. Than one by one add vinegar, soya sauce, green chilli sauce, and red chilli sauce. Cook it properly for sometime. Now take the dough and add the filling inside and shape it like a momo. Make all the momos and than deep fry it until golden. Serve it with some seczhwan sauce.
