yummy choc pudding

a little help from nigella.

Ingredients

  • 25g dark choc.
  • 12.5g self rasing flour
  • 25g soft butter
  • 50g sugar
  • 1egg
  • for the glaze.
  • 37g choc
  • 11g butter
  • 1crunchie bar (40g)

Instructions

  1. – preheat the oven to 180c or gas mark 4

  2. – break up the choc + melt with the butter in a bowl, can do this in a pan or in the mircowave. then leave to cool

  3. -beat the eggs, sugar untill thick and pale.

  4. – then fold in the flour

  5. -fold in the cooled choc

  6. – put the mix into 2 pots and place in the oven to bake for 25min

  7. to make the glaze.

  8. -melt choc and the butter like before.

  9. -then spoon over the puddings once cooked

  10. and then for the final touch beat the crunchie and chuck it on top of the puddings

  11. & enjoy 🙂
