Step 1:
– preheat the oven to 180c or gas mark 4 Step 2:
– break up the choc + melt with the butter in a bowl, can do this in a pan or in the mircowave. then leave to cool Step 3:
-beat the eggs, sugar untill thick and pale. Step 4:
– then fold in the flour Step 5:
-fold in the cooled choc Step 6:
– put the mix into 2 pots and place in the oven to bake for 25min Step 7:
to make the glaze. Step 8:
-melt choc and the butter like before. Step 9:
-then spoon over the puddings once cooked Step 10:
and then for the final touch beat the crunchie and chuck it on top of the puddings
