Step 1:

  • – preheat the oven to 180c or gas mark 4
  • Step 2:

  • – break up the choc + melt with the butter in a bowl, can do this in a pan or in the mircowave. then leave to cool
  • Step 3:

  • -beat the eggs, sugar untill thick and pale.
  • Step 4:

  • – then fold in the flour
  • Step 5:

  • -fold in the cooled choc
  • Step 6:

  • – put the mix into 2 pots and place in the oven to bake for 25min
  • Step 7:

  • to make the glaze.
  • Step 8:

  • -melt choc and the butter like before.
  • Step 9:

  • -then spoon over the puddings once cooked
  • Step 10:

  • and then for the final touch beat the crunchie and chuck it on top of the puddings
