Ingredients
- 230g chocolate – works better with dark
- 230g butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 200g caster sugar
- 3 eggs
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 170°c
2. Melt the chocolate and butter together in a bowl over a pan of simmering water
3. Once melted, take it off the heat and mix in the sugar and vanilla
4. Beat the eggs and mix them in next
5. Line a baking tray with foil and put in the mixture
6. Bake for half an hour – the top should be crackly and the middle should be sticky
7. Take them out and leave them to cool – the middle will harden up a bit
8. Cut into sections
