Step 1: serves 5. cut the top of the strawberrys of and cut out the white core leaving a nice hollow inside the strawberrys. whip the double cream. when whipped put in a dessert spoonful of chocolate spread and fold in until the cream/chocolate mix is a nice lightish brown colour. using a zip lock bag with a star shaped icing tool, pour the chocolate mix in and copy the leaves out the top. put on a plate to share and enjoy.
