Ingredients

  • 1 tin corn beef
  • 2 tins chopped toms
  • 1 onion
  • potatoes
  • salt & pepper
  • grated cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. peel, boil & mash spuds

  2. slice corn beef & place in bottom of roasting dish

  3. place toms ontop with seasoning

  4. cover with mash

  5. sprinkle cheese ontop

  6. place in oven (gas 6) till golden ontop
