Yummy Pasta Sauce

Ingredients

• 1 tin of tomatoes
• 1 Onion
• seasoning (oregano,mixed itallian herbs, salt and pepper)
• 1/2 teaspoon sugar
• tomatoe pure (optional)
• Garlic (chopped,grated,fresh or puree’)
• Olive oil
• Pasta

Instructions

STEP 1:

1) Chop and cook onions in olive oil

STEP 2:

2) Add everything else

STEP 3:

3) Leave to simmer on a low heat for 7-12 minuites – Keep an eye on it or else it will burn though!!! : (

STEP 4:

4) Cook pasta (see package instructions)

STEP 5:

5)put pasta on plate and pour sauce over or mix sauce and pasta together and then pour onto plate
