STEP 1:

chicken breast
ice
lemon
lime
mint
oil
olive
olive oil
sugar
tea

Preheat the oven to 200°c. In a bowl add the chicken breast and pierce the breast several times then coat in the mint sauce, olive oil and the zest of the lemon and lime halves, wrap in a tin foil parcel and oven bake for 30 minutes. Remove from the oven, open the parcels (be careful, hot steam) add the juice of the lemon and lime halves and sprinkle the sugar over the breast, then rub in the juices until dissolved, place back in the oven for a further 10 minutes, remove, drain and serve.
