  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce (or more if you like spice)

Instructions

  1. Begin by chopping your pineapple, onion, jalapeño, and cilantro

  2. Add all of these diced ingredients to a bowl

  3. Dice your tomatoes by removing the seeds and damp insides, so that you have a cleaner tomato to add to the salsa
