Oreo Truffles

My friend showed me this recipe and I couldn’t believe how easy it was. I’ve made them a bunch of times since, and they’re always gone in minutes. No baking, no fancy steps just Oreos, cream cheese, and chocolate.

Ingredients

  • 1 pack of Oreos (about 18–20 cookies)
  • 2–3 tablespoons of cream cheese
  • A little melted butter (optional, makes it smoother)
  • Chocolate syrup or melted chocolate for the topping

Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreos into fine crumbs. You can use a blender or just a rolling pin and a bag.

  2. Mix the crumbs with the cream cheese (and butter if you’re using it) until it sticks together like dough.
  3. Roll the mix into small balls and put them on a plate or tray.
  4. Chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes so they firm up.
  5. Drizzle with chocolate syrup or dip them in melted chocolate.

That’s it! Keep them in the fridge until you’re ready to eat. They’re sweet, rich, and super addictive.
