STEP 1:
Put all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix thoroughly
STEP 2:
Leave to soak in the bowl for about 1 hour
STEP 3:

Add 1 Mug of Self-Raising flour
STEP 4:
Pour the mixture into greased & lined loaf tin
STEP 5:
Bake at Gas Mark 4 for about 1 and a half hours (depending on size of mug used for ingredients and type of oven
