1. In a mug melt the butter in the microwave then add the water, vanilla and salt. Whisk well with fork.
2. Add cocoa powder, whisk well. Add sugar, whisk well. Add flour, whisk well.
3. Microwave for 60 to 90 seconds. Depending on how gooey you want it. Careful not to overcook.
4. Enjoy the yummiest thing you can ever make in under 3 minutes in a microwave..
I've honestly had the worst day, so much work to do, so many lectures and tutorials and labs and I don't know what else and this little recipe has just saved me.
I'm too skint to buy anything and all I wanted was a little chocolate fix.. I added one egg after i had put all the ingredients together and it was perfect, thank you?
I love this recipe so so much
It works so well !! I turned the temperature of the microwave down to low and cooked it for 60 seconds and it turned out well . I would use the recipe again all though I would use a little less sugar .
I think everyone who said it's burnt or tastes like a cake over cooked it, I cooked mine for 60 seconds and it was amazing! Thankyou for the recipe
Too much cocoa. Not the best recipe..
If you add 1 egg the recipe is much better
this tasted gross it wasn't over cooked it just tasted sickly I felt like vomiting
it tastes REALLY GOOD but it is more like a rich chocolate cake than a brownie due to the texture. But I really enjoyed it so...... if you like chocolate cake then try it!
Best mug brownie I've ever had!
This is not a brownie
Have tried multiple times and it always turns out to be a chewy mess
I'd rate this a 4 bc the brownie texture isn't like REAL brownies it tastes kind of funky and weird but it's your choice to make I'm just saying what I honestly think
:) :) :) :) :) :0
This is a really good recipe and I love it!!!
AWESOME!!!!
worked well for me, added some chocolate chips
this is such a badd recipe found much better recipes the brownie got burnt and the is now a horrible smell in my kitchen thanks for nothing wont be visiting this site again
many thanks
What can you use instead of butter because we have ran out of butter
I dont know how i got here . Looks good though. ~(^.^)~ ~~(-.-)(-.-)~~
I liked this a lot, but found that if the salt us put in as early as you suggest, it winds up too salty because it doesn't disperse well enough, or it oversaturates or something. I put in a pinch and everyone thought it was far too much, except me, but I like salt.
A method I worked out is if you add the salt with the flour, then mix it all up, it works better.
Local ingredients but tastes yum !!
