Yummiest Chocolate Mug Brownie Ever

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 dash salt
  • 4 tablespoons granulated/caster sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 4 tablespoons plain/all purpose flour

Method

1. In a mug melt the butter in the microwave then add the water, vanilla and salt. Whisk well with fork.

2. Add cocoa powder, whisk well. Add sugar, whisk well. Add flour, whisk well.

3. Microwave for 60 to 90 seconds. Depending on how gooey you want it. Careful not to overcook.

4. Enjoy the yummiest thing you can ever make in under 3 minutes in a microwave..

    YUMMMMMYYYYYYY! I JUST LOVED IT. AND.... it will turn out all the more good if you'll put 3 instead of 4 tablespoons of flour.

    Such a fab recipe. I followed the exact directions and I like to add a bit of almond extract as well. And maybe a little ice cream on the top. I used a 600 W microwave and had it for 60 seconds and it was the perfect mixture of cooked and gooey

    Adding just 3tablespoon off flour makes it perfect best recipe so far I added a dash of full fat milk after I put it in the microwave to make it more creamerand gooey made it perfect.

    Didn't work... stayed liquid no matter how long I cooked. Tasty though. Also there's an oily layer on top even though I only used butter.

    I've made this recipe too many times to count and its always been lovely! The only thing i do differently is add only 3 tablespoons of flour instead of 4.

    My sister and i wanted something sweet and choclaty but we didnt want to take long so we looked up 'yummy quick brownie recipe' and this came up we tried and let it cool for about 2 min and addesd ice-cream on top. It was. Scrumptious, tasty ,fun to make and quick, we really enjoyed thx for sharing the recipe

    I used coconut butter instead of regular butter and turned out the same as previously when i had used regular butter! Also used slightly less sugar! Great with vanilla ice cream x

    It's really good! I think i put to much flour in mine, i also had a glass of milk. It's rea rich!! I think i'll try this as a hot chocolate recipie, but substituting milk for the flour!
